The work
We detail boats at the customer's dock across Tampa Bay: wash, sand, polish and seal. We are the premium option, so the work is done properly. Every job is mobile, so reliable transportation is non negotiable.
Pay starts at $16 an hour. Plus a share of every boat you work on and a bonus we award by hand. 1099 contractor.
Who this is for
Someone who takes pride in a finished surface and can tell the difference between fast and right. They have put in full days of outdoor physical work, they drive themselves to the job, and they want to work up to running a crew rather than pass through.

Every job is at the customer's dock and you get yourself there. Do you have reliable transportation to our mobile jobs across Pinellas and Tampa, and a valid driver's license?
Are you able to work outdoors in Florida heat for a full day, on and around boats and docks?
Can you start early on weekdays, and work the occasional weekend when a boat has to be ready?
